Help someone only if you fulfill all the conditions as follows-
01. He/She is really facing any issue.
02. He/She needs a solution for the issue.
03. He/She needs help from someone.
04. Understand the nature of that individual (or social group). If he/she might not give importance of your help; be ready to predict your pain what you will face in future; else you will feel deep distress in the future.
05. If it is an emergency, help him/her immediately. But if it is not an emergency, firstly ask him/her whether he/she is interested in your help or not; and if he/she needs your help, help him/her.
06. Your proposal for help should be clear. If you can't keep more words at a time, keep title only. But during proposal for help, be ready to explain the meaning of the title.
07. During your proposal for help, if he/she doesn't stop you from proposing, you can carry on your proposal for help.
08. If you are giving proposal to a social group, you should give proposal to representative of that social group. If representative of that social group is not interested in that proposal or representative of that social group is under someone else and you think that proposing to that representative is useless, you may propose to any one in that social group which may broadcast your proposal among others.
09. If you want to propose to any person of that social group, propose for the help at the location where they are considering on their issues.
10. If the social group is unable to understand your proposal, change the way of proposing like change the title of your proposal etc.
11. If he/she doesn't give importance of your proposal for help and he/she starts conspiracy against you, immediately stop your proposal for help.
12. If he/she terrifies you for taking help, either deny him/her for helping him/her or help him/her in wrong way. So that his/her habit to terrifying others will be stopped.
13. Be ready for verbal or written communication during his/her help; so that you may change your plan according to his/her wish.

Don't help someone in any of the following cases-
01. He/she doesn't have any issue.
02. Although he/she has any issue, he/she is not interested in solving the issue.
03. He/she doesn't need help from others.
04. If he/she needs help for his/her issue and it is not an emergency and you have enough time to propose him/her for help and still you don't tell him/her.
05. If he/she needs help for his/her issue and it is not an emergency and you have enough time to propose him/her for help and you tell him/her, but he/she denies to take your help.
06. If he/she needs help for his/her issue and it is too emergency to propose him/her for his/her help, but you are not telling him/her clearly during his/her help provided he/she asks you.

Example:
01. I saw crimes against 49% women of 1.25 billions. Because the news media of Gandi dynasty was debating for removing the crimes against women.
02. Women were participating in those news debates. So it looked that women wanted to remove crimes against them.
03. Men were also participating in those news debates. So I felt that women wanted to take help from others to remove crimes against them.
04. I saw the nature of my mother and sisters at my home. I knew that helping women will lead me trouble and these women will not give me importance. So I decided to help 49% women of 1.25 billions only after predicting about my probable pain in future. This is the reason of keeping my name 'hutia Ram' ('C' is absent). I have clearly mentioned my probable future pains in the 'About' section of my profile. Now I realize that these 49% women are cruel like mother and sisters.
05. Removing crimes against women is not an emergency issue. So I didn't help them immediately (Anyway, it can't be removed immediately unless you 1.25 billions are ready to listen me). Rather I kept a proposal to help them. So that I may be sure whether women are in interested in taking my help to remove crime against them or not.
06. I couldn't write the proposal for help in whole word. So I kept title for the proposal and I was ready to explain the meaning of the title. A girl named Aakansha Prasad abusively talked to me by understanding the title in wrong way. But she didn't want to understand the meaning of the title. She kept on speaking her own and speaking that she was ready to listen idiots of road.
07. I kept on proposing 3 years. None of women stopped me by telling me, "Mind your business. We don't need your help.". So it can't be said that women didn't want my help to remove crimes against women.

After this and seeing no reaction by you 1.25 billions; and seeing nothing progress in the proposal, I used my Baital Raj profile; and there I started typing non-sense and generally opposite comments; and indirectly I kept on pointing people towards hutia Ram. 11. After proposing to remove crimes against women by stopping earning, I felt that 49% women of 1.25 billions are conspiring against me. I immediately stopped my proposal.
12. And I decided that I will never give solution to remove crimes against women; no matter women are interested or not.

By the way, my proposal to remove crimes against women was true. Because I challenged for torture to death on not liking my solution for removing crimes against women. On understanding the meaning in wrong way, a girl named Aakansha Prasad told me, "Do you want to make women wear burqa?". I clarified her, "I don't want to make women wear burqa. This is a proverb".
